The Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu is southwest of Nantes spread over 19 communes (Herbauges, Logne and Boulogne regions), on the shores of Lake Grandlieu.
To remember
Muscadet Côtes-de-Grandlieu was born on the shores of the largest natural lowland lake in France: Lac de Grandlieu. Located south of Nantes, it gives its name to this appellation created in 1994. Vines grow on 230 hectares of gneiss, granite, micaschist, amphibolite and some sandy soils.
