"Contact us" section on the "www.vinsvdeloire.fr"


For the "Contact us" section. it is necessary to provide us with several pieces of information. Some of this information is personal data. Concerned about the protection of this data, this privacy policy aims to establish a clear and transparent communication on their processing. Before filling in the fields on the contact form, we invite you to read these rules and accept them. This collection is based on the consent of the person who requests InterLoire through the "Contact us" section and the interprofession responds to the request that has been made, without retaining the data. E-mails are deleted within 3 weeks of being processed.

No data is used or sent to data banks, the data collected is used to communicate with the Internet user who has given the information concerning him or her via a form, for the possible sending of requested information.

The collection of this personal data is based on  the person's consent as soon as they arrive on the vins Val de Loire website by accepting or not the use of cookies.

What happens to your personal data after your death?
As soon as the data controller becomes aware of the death of a person whose personal data has been collected, and in the absence of instructions to the contrary from that person, the controller undertakes to delete their data, unless its retention proves necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation.
