Passionate winemakers Jean-Jacques and Vincent have been running the family estate for over 150 years. In the heart of the Sèvre et Maine appellation, 20 minutes from Nantes and Clisson, they strive to develop the full range of flavors of a high-expression Muscadet and the minerality of each terroir: gneiss, micaschist, amphibolite and granite. The viticulture, which respects the soil and nature: ploughing, organic fertilization, treatment with herbal teas, has been certified "Agriculture Biologique" since 2005 and "Biodynamique" since 2010 (Biodyvin certified). Muscadet Bonnet-Huteau, bottled after maturing on lees with a low dose of sulfites, invites you, without moderation, to discover the vineyards of Nantes. We invite you to take a tour of our winery to learn more about how we make our wines. In particular, you'll have the opportunity to discover the sublime room housing our 8 amphorae.
