L'Orée du Sabia is a 9-hectare vineyard that has been farmed organically and biodynamically since its creation.
Bastien Mousset and his team of enthusiasts are committed to revealing the identity of each of their terroirs through the grape variety that takes root there. Négrette on Rhyolite, Pinot Noir on Schistes or Chenin on Granite are examples of the duos that the domaine accompanies right through to the bottle.
Thanks to the proximity of the Atlantic Ocean, meticulous attention to detail and ageing in concrete vats and barrels, Orée du Sabia wines share a structure based on elegance, freshness and a hint of iodine.
