Description
Heir to 5 generations of family know-how in Champagne, and after a solid training in oenology at Epernay in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, Franck Cocteaux moved to Fleuray in 1991 (commune of Cangey).
Influenced by his origins, it was natural for him to orientate the Domaine towards the production of sparkling wines in addition to still wines. And it is with passion that he passes on his experience and passion to the next generation... his sons.
The estate, spread over 2 départements (Indre et Loire & Loir et Cher), produces Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée wines, Touraine, Touraine Mesland and Crémant de Loire.
Operating as an "independent winegrower", all production is sold directly.
