Frédéric, who is passionate about agronomy and new farming practices, has taken charge of the entire production side of the business, with the aim of achieving impeccable quality. He managed Château de la Bretonnerie. Laurent, who managed Domaine de l'Archer, is in charge of sales, selling the full range of wines from our estates. This duo has now been joined by Emmanuel. He has been Frédéric's partner for several years now. He brings all his experience and knowledge of business management to the development of our operation. Drawing on their complementary experience, they decided to pool their skills and know-how, from "earth" to "glass", and to combine their two wineries to improve performance and facilitate our work. They moved into Les Chais de Haute-Ville, a winery built and operated for many years by Jules Olivier, an emblematic figure in the Nantes vineyards.
