Origin

History

The existence of the Coteaux du Vendômois vineyards can be traced back to a 10th-century donation charter that mentions the presence of vines in Villedieu. Henri IV particularly appreciated the wines from the Prépatour estate in the commune of Naveil. But it wasn't until the 19th century that the wine industry in the canton of Vendôme really took off
