In the heart of Ridell's vineyards, the stone of Château de l'Aulée proudly bears its 163-year history. Since 2004, Marielle and Arnaud Henrion have been helping to keep this magnificent vineyard alive, with its sights firmly set on the future. The whole team will be delighted to show you around this place of wine growing, vinification and ageing. Dive with us into the secrets of traditional Crémant de Loire winemaking. Welcomed every day from 10am to 7pm, you'll discover our 30-hectare vineyard, planted with 4 grape varieties and cultivated using sustainable methods. Our ultra-modern 2,000 m² cellar will also reveal itself to you, and you can finish off with a tasting of our production, Crémants de Loire, Azay-le-Rideau whites and Chinon reds.
