Domaine Arnaud Lambert

Yves Lambert (my father) founded the Domaine in 1996. At the age of 47, he decided to change his life and return to his origins in the Terres de Saumur. From the outset, his ambition was to express the terroirs of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, at the heart of the Saumur Champigny appellation, in both Cabernet Franc and Chenin. I began my winemaking career with him in 2005, pursuing this objective of quality. 2009 marked the transition of the vineyard to organic viticulture, as well as the takeover of 8 Clos de Chenin and Cabernet Franc in the commune of Brézé. 2018 saw the estate enter Biodynamic viticulture: being close to the terroir and developing a sensitivity to the micro and macrocosm. 2019 will see the emergence of new Clos in the commune of Montsoreau at the foot of the Loire. Each Parcellaire or Clos has its own identity. It's this expression that I reveal in each of my cuvées.
