Surrounded by 10 hectares of vines, themselves surrounded by meadows, our estate represents a total surface area of 20 hectares in the heart of the Anjou appellation. From the mountains (Bonnezeaux appellation), to our pond close to the winery, our vines flourish on soils of clay, limestone, schist... true guarantors of our terroir and reflections of the gustatory characteristics of our appellations. Located in the heart of the Layon region, we have been committed to an ecological approach since 2001. Certified Organic Farming in 2018, our long and painstaking work on the soil and the motivation of our team contribute daily to perpetuating the good health of our vines... It is in this balance of the mineral, animal and plant kingdoms that we adhere to an LPO (bird protection league) program, in order to guarantee the biodiversity necessary for the preservation of our ecosystem. We're aware that we've entered a virtuous circle; one that brings real satisfaction from a job well done, in line with our values.
