Les Elles du Moulin is a mother-daughter duo of creative winemakers, established since 1992. Our know-how is based on respect for terroir and nature. Our 13-hectare vineyard is planted with sustainable, integrated viticulture. It is also certified HVE level 3. We believe that the landscape is reflected in our wines. Our vineyards are located between Savennières and Rochefort-sur-Loire, on the banks of the Loire. Finally, the vinification is carried out by Sylvie. It's a painstaking task that doesn't scare our great wine professional. Her feminine sensibility enables her to transcribe the grape variety, terroir, landscape and history of each wine with the utmost precision in her creations. They'll introduce you to the art of ampelography: the science of identifying and describing grape varieties. A feminine name derived from the combination of two Greek words, ampelos (vine) and graphein (to write). The Sentier Sensoristique is unique in the Loire Valley. A trail based on the discovery and recognition of 8 Loire grape varieties, all in one place. Close your eyes and imagine yourself overlooking the Loire Valley.
